Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and business objectives.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity designs on Figma for multiple screens/devices (responsive design) and browsers while aligning with brand guidelines and following good design practices.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining a strong focus on design consistency and quality.
- Promote design thinking within the development team and the wider organization
- Keep up to date with current trends in visual communication and adopt new concepts
Requirements:
- Strong interest in UI design.
- Understanding of design and prototyping in Figma.
- Effectively communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
