As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business goals and deliver data-driven solutions that drive leads, conversions, and revenue. Responsibilities:
Client Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and tailor strategies to each client's specific industry and target audience.
Campaign Management and Execution:
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop engaging ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and budgets, making data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Implement CRO strategies to increase the conversion rate of clients' websites and landing pages.

- Collaborate with the web development and design teams to create and test impactful CRO experiments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a demonstrable track record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
