Responsibilities:

Client Strategy and Planning:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and tailor strategies to each client's specific industry and target audience.

Campaign Management and Execution:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop engaging ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets, making data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results.

Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Implement CRO strategies to increase the conversion rate of clients' websites and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with the web development and design teams to create and test impactful CRO experiments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a demonstrable track record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
