Responsibilities:

Client Strategy and Planning:
  1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and tailor strategies to each client's specific industry and target audience.
Campaign Management and Execution:
  1. Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  2. Develop engaging ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
  3. Monitor campaign performance and budgets, making data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
  1. Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  2. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  1. Implement CRO strategies to increase the conversion rate of clients' websites and landing pages.

  3. Collaborate with the web development and design teams to create and test impactful CRO experiments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a demonstrable track record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
