Digital Marketing Account Manager

- Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Collaborate with our team of digital marketing experts to create comprehensive strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and present results to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and revenue generation.
- Address client concerns promptly and proactively, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Participate in client pitches and new business development activities.
- 2+ years as an Account Manager / Digital Marketing specialist in a digital marketing agency.
- Fluent English language skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
