Junior Scrum Master
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of software projects using agile methodologies. You will play a key role in facilitating the scrum process, removing any obstacles that hinder the team's progress, and ensuring that all team members adhere to the agile principles and values. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Help the team to establish and adhere to agile practices and values
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize tasks and maintain the product backlog
- Identify and eliminate any impediments or roadblocks that affect the team's productivity
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Support the team in achieving their sprint goals and deliverables
- Act as a mentor to team members and promote self-organization within the team
- Track and report on the progress of the project using agile metrics and tools
- Assist in resolving conflicts and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Ensure that the team follows the agile principles and guidelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience working in an agile environment or familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is a plus
- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
